Support Tickets require a valid My-ASP.Net Client ID. Support is provided only to the designated contact person listed in your company profile.
How My-ASP.Net's Help Desk works
- Submit a DotNetPanel (SLA) or DotNetNuke SLA Service Request Ticket
- Our Hostmaster will assign your ticket to a support team leader.
- Your support team leader will assign your ticket a que position and activate the ticket notifying you of the expected task completion time
- You can easily track the steps towards resolution of your request ticket via email or this centre.
- Add additional comments to your SLA ticket as the task progresses.
